Joaquin Pope is an actor, singer, dancer, and creative based in New York City. Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Joaquin made the exhilarating move to NYC to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre at CAP21/Molloy University where he is set to graduate this spring! Joaquin has spent the past four years honing his craft in a conservatory style setting where he has gained experience in an array of acting, voice, and dance techniques.
Joaquin has appeared as a performer in New York in the following productions: Seussical directed by Darren Lee, Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party directed by Billy Bustamante, Seth Rudetsky & Broadway Friends at Carnegie Hall. Joaquin can be seen on stage next this February where he will be featured in CAP21/Molloy University’s production of The Wedding Singer.
While Joaquin loves to perform in musical theatre, he continues to extend his artistic skill set. He has found an emerging interest in the view from the other side of the table after making his creative producing debut in Second Wind Entertainment’s recent production of Avenue Q in Sacramento. Additionally, Joaquin loves to spend time in the Film & TV world having worked on numerous sets as a background & stand-in actor including: Mean Girls (2024), Babygirl, YOU, Blue Bloods, Harlem, FBI: Most Wanted, and all three Law & Order series (Original, SVU, and Organized Crime).
